Hello
I created Pura Vida Holistic because I am passionate about wellness and living life as the best version of yourself.
I am a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner with Canadian Association Integrative Nutrition as well as a Yoga instructor and a level 2 Reiki practitioner. I know there is no single approach to wellness. I am eager to sit with you and come up with a plan that is right for you and your goals.
Outside of work you can find me out enjoying nature. I am an avid hiker, kayaker and love a good camp fire. Let's connect and begin your wellness journey!

YOGA
Yogic practices include breathing techniques, postures, relaxation, chanting, and other meditation methods. There are many different styles of yoga, each with their own unique focus and approach to creating a unitive state.

REIKI
Reiki is a technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
